Vastgoed Syndicering Nederland n.v. (VSN)
Vastgoed Syndicering Nederland n.v. initiates and manages residential real estate funds on behalf of
private investors.
VSN is a professional fund manager that invests in Dutch residential estate with the aim to secure stable and attractive returns for its private investors.
Who we are
To date, VSN has 54 funds under management with an average fund size of roughly € 20 million. The
minimum investment ticket for private investors is € 25.000.
Since VSN was founded it has initiated 52 residential real estate funds of which 44 are still under
management. In addition to the 52 funds that VSN has initiated, VSN has also grown by taking-over the management of the following funds:
- In July 2013 VSN took over the management of RFM Regulated Fund
Management’s six residential and retail funds. - VSN took over Bouwfonds’ two Solid Funds in December 2013.
- VSN took over four residential real estate funds from Staalbankiers in July/December 2016.
Good to know
VSN aims to raise at least two funds per year. Investing in closed real estate funds offers fiscal benefits (Box 3 investment). The return for private investors is composed of rental income as well as capital gains that are made by selling-off individual units to owner-occupiers. VSN is certified by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) and is a registered member of the Dutch Financial Services Complaints Authority (KiFid).
Since its inception, VSN has acquired real estate in excess of € 1,2 billion.
